Our Rescue 3 trained guides will offer you all tuition needed to enjoy your 5 hours of white water rafting.

Enjoy a BBQ lunch on the banks of the river and a chance to take in the spectacular scenery. Then back to the action in the foaming white water of the lower gorge. The entertainment does not stop there - we return to the exclusive Raging Thunder Cafe where screams of laughter abound as we watch the day's action on video before we take you and your memories home. Thunderbolt 1 is the first of a new generation of high speed reef boats which combines the speed of smaller light-weight run abouts operated by the Navy and Army assault units, with the sea going safety of an offshore patrol vessel.

The massive 600hp engines provide strength and reliability, whilst the seafury surface propulsion system generates maximum speed with minimal resistance. Thunderbolt 1 turns sharply on command, providing our passengers with safe, comfortable ride with the added advantage of extreme maneuverability - hold on tight!!

Thunderbolt 1 is one of a kind, travelling at 80 kilometers an hour; it will take just 24 minutes to reach our sites at Thetford, Flynn or Moore Reefs on the Outer Edge of the Great Barrier Reef. Getting there will be half the fun, and seasickness will be a thing of the past. Make enquiry
